FAQ
What is your core advantage as an integrated manufacturer?
Unlike separate weaving, dyeing, or printing units, we control the entire process under one roof. This ensures faster turnaround, seamless quality control from yarn to finished fabric, and more effective communication for your project.
Can you handle both small and large order quantities?
Yes. We offer flexibility for sampling and small-batch development, as well as the capacity and systems to manage large-scale production runs reliably.
What types of fabrics can you weave?
We specialize in cotton, polyester, linen, blends and produce various constructions including plain, twill, jacquard, yarn-dyed. Please visit our Product Page or contact us with your specific requirements.
What dyeing and printing technologies do you offer?
Our dyeing capabilities include traditional dyeing, dip dye, batik, spray dye, tie-dye. For printing, we offer both traditional methods (rotary, flatbed) and digital printing for complex designs and rapid sampling.
What is your sampling process and lead time?
We typically require 2 working days for lab dip approval and 1 days for a printing strike-off. A nominal sampling fee may apply, which is often credited against future bulk orders.
How do you ensure consistent quality throughout the process?
We implement a strict QC protocol at each stage: incoming yarn inspection, in-process checks during weaving and dyeing/printing, and a final inspection against approved standards for color, weight, strength, and dimensional stability.
Are your products compliant with international standards?
Absolutely. We hold certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OCS, GOTS and ISO 9001. We can provide relevant test reports and are well-versed in requirements for major markets (EU, US, etc.).
Do you have an in-house lab for testing?
Yes, our equipped lab performs key tests including colorfastness, shrinkage, and fabric composition. We also partner with accredited third-party labs for formal certification.
